Trang is a experienced design and digital transformation leader with over 16 years of experience driving innovation across industries, geographies, and business scales—from startups to multinational corporations. Her expertise spans UX design, product strategy, and digital transformation, underpinned by a deep focus on market research, strategic execution, and achieving product-market fit.

As the former Director of Digital Transformation at PVcomBank, Trang spearheaded enterprise-wide initiatives that optimised digital strategy, execution, and customer experience. She previously served as Lead Designer at Reckon, a market-leading business finance and accounting software company, where she played a pivotal role in shaping Reckon One, the company’s flagship product, contributing to sustained growth and revenue exceeding $75M.

Trang has led high-impact transformations across industries, including telecommunications, financial services, media, and government. She drove UX evaluations and design optimisations for Vietnam’s largest telco, enhancing key digital products such as a high-impact E-wallet solution. She also led digital transformation efforts for two of Australia’s largest publishing media houses, managing the digital portfolio for Pacific Magazines and overseeing strategic initiatives that modernised customer engagement.

In the banking sector, Trang has conducted extensive user research and market analysis to inform customer journeys and service blueprints for leading financial institutions in Vietnam and India. Her work has enabled banks to refine their digital offerings and align business objectives with customer-centric solutions.

Beyond corporate leadership, Trang is a serial entrepreneur who has founded multiple ventures, including an e-commerce platform, an event space, and an e-mobility company. She also held the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Transizte, an e-mobility startup, where she led digital strategy, market entry, and product development, ensuring seamless alignment between technology, customer needs, and business growth.

Her career spans multiple continents, having led teams and executed projects across Australia, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. With a proven ability to bridge strategy, design, and technology, Trang consistently delivers transformative solutions that drive business performance and elevate user experiences.
